If you submit all the required evidence and your assessing Registered Training Organisation (RTO) determines you’re not yet competent, you’re entitled to a full refund of any fees paid. Alternatively, we can arrange additional training to close whatever gaps the RTO has identified — the choice is yours.
And if RPL.com.au can’t finalise your application after receiving your evidence, you’ll be refunded in full. No exceptions.
